Cantonese at the top of the CBD. Specified in Gush Cool X — the anti-UV, heat-insulating exterior coating that uses nano hollow glass microspheres to reflect up to 87% of solar irradiance — to protect the warm-neutral palette from the relentless west-facing sun at Level 63 while cutting cooling load. Low-VOC formulation sealed the call for a live-restaurant refurb.
