Zinsser
Stain-blocking and mould-resistant primers from Rust-Oleum's Zinsser line. We use Perma-White on bathroom ceilings and damp-prone walls, and BIN / Cover Stain to lock in stubborn marks before any topcoat goes on. Sets the foundation for a clean, long-lasting BTO finish.

Benjamin Moore
American-made, Green Seal certified Aura, Ben and Eco Spec lines. Exceptional colour depth, washability and ultra-low VOC — ideal for nurseries, master bedrooms and feature walls in your new BTO home.

When to engage us.
After your ID or contractor has finished — carpentry installed, walls patched back wherever they hacked or removed, and the unit handed over to you. We are the last mile.
From handover, we typically need 3 to 7 days depending on scope and unit size. Once we're done, you can move in straight after — no waiting, no second trade behind us.

- Does the package cover the whole BTO unit?
- Yes — whole-unit walls and ceilings are included as standard. Yard and store room are excluded by default and finished in Gush anti-mould white. Limewash, special effects and feature walls can be added on.
- What is included in the price?
- Surface protection, patching of minor cracks, primer where required, two topcoats, on-site supervisor, post-painting clean-up and handover walkthrough. Final price depends on unit size, colour count and any add-ons.
