S$480 is the starting price per standard HDB room for Zinsser Perma-White Interior, supplied and applied by Pico X Health. The scope includes fungicidal wash, surface stabilisation and 2 coats in a chosen PXA colour. Bathroom and kitchen mould scopes start from S$680.
Most anti-mould paints in Singapore lose their mildewcide the first time you wipe the wall. Zinsser Perma-White bonds the mildewcide into the cured film — so it stays on the wall, in the kitchen and bathroom, where you need it. The interior film Pico X Health specifies on every Signature service.

What anti-mould actually means in a Singapore home
Singapore air sits at 75–85% RH for most of the year. Bathrooms touch 95%. That's the operating environment your paint has to survive — not the test chamber on a brand brochure. Zinsser Perma-White solves the visible failure mode directly: a bonded mildewcide lives inside the cured film, not sprayed on top, so the protection does not rinse off the first time you take a damp cloth to the wall.

What we don't tell you on a billboard
Perma-White is not magic. It does not fix a wall that is wet on the inside. If your bedroom corner is mouldy because of a leaking AC line or a planter wall pushing water through the slab, we route you to WaterTite LX (or a separate remedial scope) before any topcoat. Paint is the last 10% — substrate health is the first 90%.
