The three Zinsser pillars we use
1. Perma-White Interior — walls and ceilings
Self-priming, mould-and-mildew-resistant interior film. Mildewcide is bonded into the paint matrix, not sprayed on after — it doesn't wash off with the first wipe.
2. WaterTite LX — where water wants in
Water-based hydrostatic waterproofer for bathrooms, planter walls, roof gardens, below-grade concrete. Cures flexible: breathes vapour, blocks liquid water — the right physics for a Singapore wet wall.
3. Atelier finishes — eggshell & satin
Standard Pico X Health interior application uses Zinsser interior in eggshell (10–25 gloss) for living, dining, bedrooms; satin (26–40 gloss) for master bedroom, study, dressing area. Matte reserved for ceilings only.
