What it solves
Most Singapore "leak" complaints aren't leaks — they are hydrostatic pressure pushing moisture through concrete from the other side of the wall (planter, balcony, neighbour's bathroom). A standard interior paint, even an anti-mould one, eventually blisters because the substrate is wet underneath the film.
WaterTite LX is the layer that stops that. It cures into a flexible film that passes vapour but blocks liquid water — the right physics for a tropical wet wall.

- Surface prep — scrape blistered paint, neutralise efflorescence, fill hairlines.
- Zinsser sealer where the substrate is dusty or chalky.
- Two coats Zinsser WaterTite LX at documented wet-film thickness.
- Cure window — min 24 hours before overcoat, 7 days before tile.
- Zinsser Perma-White Interior topcoat in your chosen PXA colour on visible faces.
