How large is the limewash feature wall and which colours are available?
The feature wall covers up to 4m wide by 2.6m tall (about 10.4 sqm). Colours come from the Raffles limewash range — full Singapore colour guide available on request. Larger walls or additional limewash walls can be added at the published per-sqm rate.
Can I pay for the Wellness Painting package in monthly instalments?
Yes. The $1,588 package can be split into 12 monthly instalments of about $140 via Atome or Grab PayLater. Interest-free terms depend on your plan with the provider; no fees from Pico X Health.
What does the three-year warranty cover?
Pico X Health covers paint adhesion, peeling, flaking, and mould recurrence on properly prepared surfaces for three years from completion. Limewash colour fade outside accepted natural variation is also covered. Damage caused by water ingress, structural movement, or third-party works is excluded.
How long does the painting job take?
Typical completion is 3 to 5 working days for a 4-room HDB or 3-room condo: 1 day for prep and sealer, 1–2 days for full unit painting, and 1 day for the limewash feature wall plus a topcoat cure. Move-in-ready unfurnished units run faster than occupied homes.
