Luxury Condo Paint Finishes Singapore: BM Aura, Limewash, Microcement

Premium emulsion: Benjamin Moore Aura & Regal Select

Aura is BM's flagship — colour-locked, washable matte. Closest to a "do everything" premium emulsion. We use it most for full-condo luxury repaints when client wants flawless plain finish.

• Look: Dead-flat matte, deep colour saturation
• Durability: Wipe-clean, hides imperfections, 10+ year wall life
• Cost upgrade: ~30% on top of base condo package
• Best for: Whole-unit luxury, kids' rooms, formal living/dining

Air-purifying: Breathe

Absorbs VOCs and formaldehyde from indoor air. Hospital-grade. Justifies itself in bedrooms.

• Look: Soft matte, slightly chalky
• Health: Zero-VOC, antimicrobial film, formaldehyde absorbing
• Cost upgrade: ~35–40% on top of base
• Best for: Bedrooms, nurseries, home offices

Limewash (mineral lime paint)

Authentic Suzuka or Raffles Paint. Picks up directional light all day, ages beautifully. Best on a feature wall, not full unit.

• Look: Soft cloud movement, mineral matte

• Avoid: Bathrooms, greasy kitchens, kids' rooms

Microcement

Cementitious overlay troweled in 2–3mm layers. Seamless, ultra-modern, wall-floor-ceiling continuity.

• Look: Industrial seamless concrete, monolithic
• Cost: From $180/m²
• Best for: Bathroom features (waterproof when sealed), wet rooms, kitchen islands

Venetian plaster

Polished marble-look, multi-layer trowel, mirror sheen or matte. Highest-end finish — formal dining or penthouse features.

• Look: Polished stone depth
