Milky Cream Series — SPC microcement-vinyl · dry areas only
The Pico X Health Milky Cream Series — 5mm rigid SPC, 0.5mm wear layer, click-lock — engineered to match real microcement on dry-area floors (living, dining, bedrooms, hallways). For toilets and bathrooms we specify authentic microcement plaster, not SPC — click-lock seams in the splash zone are not a continuous waterproof skin.

No. We do not recommend SPC vinyl planks for any wet area. The plank face is waterproof but the click-lock seams between planks are not a continuous waterproof skin — and those seams sit in the splash zone around the floor trap and shower. For wet-area floors we specify authentic microcement plaster instead.
We install the Pico X Health Milky Cream / Creamy Milk Series under Pico X Health. It is a 5mm SPC plank with a 0.5mm wear layer, 312mm × 1220mm, 24.58 sqft per box, click-lock — engineered to match real microcement cream tones.
In dry-area rooms, no. The click-lock floats over flat, sound tile. We site-check the floor first. If any tile is hollow or loose, we flag it before laying.
The plank face is rigid-core and 100% waterproof. But the click-lock seams between planks are not a continuous waterproof skin — which is why we do not specify SPC for wet-area floors (those get plaster).
The 0.5mm wear layer is residential-grade and rated for 15–20 years of normal dry-area foot traffic. The rigid SPC core does not warp or expand in Singapore humidity.
