HDB & BTO
The Architectural-Digest aesthetic, sized to your HDB layout. Microcement plaster on a feature wall or bathroom, microcement-look SPC vinyl plank across the whole unit — installed under Pico X Health by our in-house Pico X Health crew., BCA / HDB compliant.

Microcement plaster is 2–3mm and non-structural. SPC microcement-vinyl is a floating click-lock plank that lays over your existing tile. Neither system touches load-bearing structure, mains plumbing, or shared walls in a way that needs HDB exemption — and we are a registered renovator, so the works sit within standard HDB renovation guidelines.

No — the click-lock SPC system floats over flat, sound tile. We site-check the existing floor and, if any tile is hollow or loose, flag it before laying.
Most scopes (feature wall plaster + full-unit SPC flooring) complete in 6–9 working days from key collection. Full-plaster bathrooms add ~9 days for plaster cure on walls and floor.
Yes — the SPC floor can be laid room-by-room with furniture pivoting in halves. Microcement plaster on walls requires the wall plane to be clear for the cure window.
